- There were 115 homes placed under Contract in October. That is down 31.5% compared to the last month and down 31.1% compared to the last year
- The average days on the market was 44 days in October. That is up 4.8% compared to last month and down 6.4% compared to last year.
- The average list price was $324,000 in October. That is up .9% compared to last month and up 6.9% compared to last year.
- The average sold price was $259,000 in October. That was up 2.8% compared to last month and down 1.5% compared to last year.
- Based on closed sales, there is 2.9 months of real estate inventory in October. That is up 11.7% compared to last month and down 6.5% compared to last year.
